Goutte d´argent means silver drop in French and is a unique wine, fermented with Japanese sake yeast. By useing the sake yeast the wine is vinified at a lower temperature but during more days, in this case 90 to 110 days. This process gives us a Goutte d´argent Sauvignon Blanc, wine with more complexity, developed flavours and texture.
It is a balanced wine with taste of citrus fruit and white flower. It is a wine with medium acidity and a creamy texture from the time on lees. Pairs perfect with seafood like oysters, white fish, fingerfood, Asian food or just on its own.
