Payments

All our prices are in Danish Crown (DKK) and taxes for each country are included. We use Klarna, where you can pay with card and also chose invoice if you would like. When you have accepted the purchase, you pay in advance for the wines and the shipping.

Our wines

All our wines are carefully selected from small to medium sized wineries with which we have a close dialoge. We carefully select each wine from the quality  ”value for money”- interesting wines for a good price.

Many of the wines Five Clover Wines import are only produced in low quantities. That is why it is possible that they quickly get sold out. If that would happen to you, we will contact you and suggest an alternative product. Our Wines are only sold in cases of 6 or 12 bottles, in Denmark and Sweden.  There can be different wines in the same case.

Taxes

Our wines are only sold online in Sweden and Denmark. They are not sold  in stores in Denmark nor in the monopoly in Sweden. Five Clover Wines payes for all the associated import taxes to Sweden and Denmark. All the taxes and VAT are also paid in each country.

Shipping

The freight cost covers the cost for the bottles to be delivered to your home is 199 dkk per order for 6 to 17 bottles or for orders under 1499 dkk. For all orders above 1500 dkk or over 18 bottles the cost for delivery is included in the cost of the bottles.

We work together with Instabox/Budbee and Instabee, they deliver to mainland and islands with bridge or free ferry. For deliverties to  islands without bridge or free ferry, the wines will be deliver to the nearest pickup point on mainland. You can chose to pick up the wines at a box or to get them delivered at home. 

Delivery/Late Delivery/Damage delivery

When your wines are on the way you will recieve an email where you can trace your wines. This will give you an approximately date of delivery.

To receive our wines, you must be of legal age, 20 years old in Sweden and 18 years in Denmark. Identification card or similar must be provided. Our delivery company, at the moment Instabox/Budbee and Instabee, will send you a suggested time  a few days before delivery, to let you know when your wines will arrive.

If you cannot receive the wines because of you cannot show the requiered legal documents when our delivery company comes to deliver the wines, the wines will go back to us and you must pay for the extra transportation cost of returning the wines.

You have to chose box when you purchase to get them delivered there. You can not change  to get it delivered to a box or home after you have checked out. 

Sometimes the delivery can take longer time then you expected therefore we recommend you to order your wines in good time.

During public holidays and vacacion period delivery can take longer time due to reduced work force, although we will always try to keep normal standards.

If your order is damaged on delivery, please email us as soon as possible with details of damage. (photos evidence please). We will do anything we can to replace your ordered products.

Customer/Personal data

We respect our customers and all personal data will only be used for the processing of your order and will not be sold to third parties any point. Online orders are only taken from customers that are 20 years in Sweden and 18 years in Denmark.

Cancellation/returns

If you would like to cancel you order or return of wines, you must contact us at fivecloverwines@gmail.com as soon as possible. Cancellation can only be done before the wines leave our stock.

If the goods have already been dispatched there will be a restocking charge and return freight cost to our Copenhagen storage.

Wine is a “food group” according to Fødevarestyrelsen and can therefore not be returned. The right to cancel within 14 days from order-date can therefor not be exercised.

Reclaims

All reclaims must been in writing to us to via fivecloverwines@gmail.com If your wines should be damaged in any way, please give us as much as you can investigate.

If our investigations confirm your claim, we will replace the bottle/s free of charge or refund the cost per bottle. If your claims are found to be false, there will be a restocking charged and return freight cost to our Copenhagen storage will be at your own expense.

The responsibility will be ours for wines order to you until you accept the delivery.

If you are returning your order in agreement with us, because there is something wrong we take care of the responsibility and replace it with an equal wine.

If you return wines to us without our acceptance there will be a restocking charge and return freight cost and are your responsibility until they return to our Copenhagen storage.

Reservations

We reserve us from mistakes in the texts or wrongly appeared information, Five Clover Wines reserve the right to reject any order.

Force Majeure

In case of anything that can be counted under Force Majeure, war, natural disaster, strikes, government decisions, failed deliveries from subcontractors, costly event, and similar events beyond our control which is not reasonably foreseeable, and affects the contractual agreements and pledges from our side, that allows us not keep that agreement / pledge, should constitute a basis that we released from our obligations to fulfil that contract.

Legal

The Danish court will be the representing court for any legal issues.
