Bergskär is a lingonberry rose wine from the north of Sweden. Bergskär has a fresh and well balanced aroma of lingonberry and a touch of herbs and flovers. The special bitternes from lingonberry makes it a complex and well suited wine to pair with food.
We recommend to serve it with fish, ligher meat like chicken or to cheses at 12 to 15 C.
Carl von Linné gave lingonberry the latin name: ”vaccinium vitis-Idaea” which means Ida Mountain.
