This wine is fresh with green fruits like gooseberries, lime and Lemon and has a present acidity together with a sparkling touch when you just opened it. Urban Sauvignon Blanc has not been in contact with oak.
Urban Sauvignon Blanc pairs well with fish, seafood, lighter sallads, finger food, asparagus or just on its own a sunny day.
