Goutte d´argent means silver drop in French and is a unique wine, fermented with Japanese sake yeast. By useing the sake yeast the wine is vinified at a lower temperature but during more days, in this case 30 to 40 days. This process gives us a Goutte d´argent Pinot Noir, wine with more complexity, developed flavours, acidity and texture.
It is a fresh, fruity wine with smooth tannins. Pairs perfect with octupus, salmon, white meat, spicy an Asian food or just to drink on its own.
