Rapsodia Cabernet Sauvignon presents aromas of ripe black fruit with notes of blackpepper and subtle mineral touch. A well integrated acidity and a long persistent finish.

50% of Rapsodia Cabernet Sauvignon has ageed in French oak barrels for 12 months and then another 12 months in bottle at the bodega.

Rapsodia Cabernet Sauvignon pairs well with grilled meat, pasta bolognese or other meat stews.
