59N Chardonnay is another of the 59 novias- girlfriends that Calixto, the grandfather of the owner of the winery, claimed  had before he met Yoli (our blend). 59N Chardonnay is fresh and fruity white wine with lively acidity. Part of the wine has been on used oak to give the wine a touch of cacao and honey. 59N Chardonnay is an elegant wine with tipical fruit from the grape with a nice finish. It is a wine to enjoy on its own with friends or with any lighter food, fingerfood or fish and seafood.
